I’m Crystal Peckett, a qualified and experienced Early Childhood, Inclusion & Safeguarding Specialist based in Townsville, Queensland. I bring a unique depth of knowledge shaped by decades of service across:

Directed regional and statewide delivery of early childhood and family support programs, ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.

I hold undergraduate qualifications in Education, with a specialisation in Early Childhood and postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Child Protection, and Early Childhood, and am passionate about supporting leaders to embed lasting change.
