Managed trauma-informed education programs, supporting the wellbeing and learning of vulnerable children and young people to support an increase is engagement, participation and achievement.
Inclusion Coach & Team Leader – State Education Sector
Regional Sector wide capacity building and coaching to embed inclusive practices in early childhood settings, schools, by coaching educators and driving systemic change.
Specialist Early Years Program Consultant – Education & Community Services Sector
Supported early childhood services with curriculum design, inclusion strategies, and safeguarding practices.
Regional Manager – Early Childhood & Early Intervention Services
Directed regional and statewide delivery of early childhood and family support programs, ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.

Subject Matter Expert & Legislative Interpretation Specialis

Provided expert guidance on complex legislation, translating policy into practice and supporting compliance across education, Veteran welfare and community service settings.
I hold undergraduate qualifications in Education, with a specialisation in Early Childhood and postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Child Protection, and Early Childhood, and am passionate about supporting leaders to embed lasting change.
